Sample Personal Chef Menus
Pricing for our private chef dinners is $ 200 (shopping, prep time, on-site time) + cost of groceries.
For 6 - 12 guests, prime beef, fresh catch seafood and locally grown, farmer's
market vegetables (for a three course meal) usually range from $250 - $400. We can also create
a menu with less expensive ingredients, just let us know your budget. Please give
us a call, and together we will create the perfect menu for your next dinner party.

A Fall Dinner for 10 Apple
Gorgonzola Salad romaine tossed with crisp green apple slices, gorgonzola, red onion, toasted almonds and dried
cranberries in a sweet black pepper vinaigrette Beef Tenderloin roast of beef tenderloin, sliced and drizzled with a thyme-port
wine reduction. Served with rosemary roasted new potatoes and haricots verts sautéed with mushrooms and Texas #1014 sweet onions. Chocolate-Frangelico Pot de
Crème rich chocolate custard infused with Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, topped with whipped cream and
toasted hazelnuts
