Sample Personal Chef Menus

Pricing for our private chef dinners is $ 200 (shopping, prep time, on-site time) + cost of groceries.  
For 6 - 12 guests, prime beef, fresh catch seafood and locally grown, farmer's market vegetables (for a three course meal) usually range from  $250 - $400.  
We can also create a menu with less expensive ingredients, just let us know your budget.

A Fall Dinner for 10 

 

Apple Gorgonzola Salad romaine tossed with crisp green apple slices, gorgonzola, red onion, toasted almonds and dried cranberries in a sweet black pepper vinaigrette

 

Beef Tenderloin roast of beef tenderloin, sliced and drizzled with a thyme-port wine reduction.  Served with rosemary roasted new potatoes and haricots verts sautéed with mushrooms and

Texas #1014 sweet onions.

 

Chocolate-Frangelico Pot de Crème rich chocolate custard infused with Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, topped with whipped cream and toasted hazelnuts


Vegetarian Italiano for 8 

 

Caesar Salad Romaine tossed with homemade croutons and dressing, shaved parmesan

 

 

Lasagna Rolls ricotta, spinach and pinenuts in a roasted sweet pepper tomato sauce.  Served with seasonal sauteed vegetables

 

 

 

Mini Cheesecake Duo one vanilla mini cheesecake with strawberry coulis topping and one chocolate mini cheesecake with raspberry Gran Marnier topping


 

Grilled Brochette for 8 

 

Fresh Spinach Salad organic baby spinach, sliced mushrooms and red onion drizzled with warm, a sweet bacon-shallot vinaigrette

 

Grilled Shrimp Brochette bacon wrapped skewer of jumbo shrimp brushed with sweet jalapeno glaze, served over saffron cilantro rice.  With zucchini parmesan boats. 
 

BerryTrifle individual glasses filled with layers of homemade angel food cake, seasonal berries and homemade vanilla bean custard 

 

 

 A Summer Dinner for 12

 

Roasted Tomato Basil Soup with parmesan crisp

 

 

 

Mango Tilapia baked tilapia filet topped with fresh mango salsa.  Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes with truffle oil, and steamed asparagus
