About Us
Chef Brian is our Executive Chef. He
is the creative force of the kitchen, brining with him many years of experience in restaurants, teaching and catering. He
lends a true passion to his craft and creates meals with a genuine undertanding of raw foods and how they translate to a finished,
delicious meal. He is also a great dancer, was a singing finalist on America's Got Talent and hopes to one day own his
own floral shop.

Lisa is the founder of LOLA Catering +
Events. With a degree in architecture from the University of Houston, a background in restaurant management, and several
years experience with free-lance catering, she founded LOLA Catering + Events with a desire to provide clients with an upscale,
delicious culinary experience with a bent toward beautiful presentation.

Lisa's husband, Nathan, is the company's
most valuable "staff person." When he is not busy with his own architecture practice, he lends a hand, calling
on his architect vision to work out table set up, traffic flow, lighting, ceremony details and the little extras that make
each event unique...think of a secret message from a groom to a bride, or a surprise escape via helicpopter with rose petals
fluttering in the air.

Denise is our event manager. She
has been with us for over 4 years and is a master at running an event from start to finish. Denise is extremely creative
with floral design and beautiful food displays and she leads our staffing team from delivery crew, to bartenders, to event
staffing. When you want a perfect event, just ask for Denise!

Chef Caleb trained at the Cordon Bleu
and with several years' restaurant and catering experience, he leads the kitchen with professionalism and heart.

Jose is our lead waiter/bartender and
professionalism the word that defines him. Jose heads our team of servers and bartenders and he truly leads by example,
providing impeccable service ranging from formal, white glove service to a casual buffet.
